Consultants for IRIS’s Program of Reform of Legal and Regulatory Frameworks for Microfinance

Description
IRIS is recruiting for short-term and long-term positions. Projects envisioned will address areas such as:

  • Legal and regulatory reform for microfinance

  • Training for central banks or other regulatory authorities on supervising microfinance activity

  • Secured transactions legal reform, including creation or reform of credit information agencies such as credit bureaus

  • Regulatory impact assessment

  • Small and medium-size enterprise support and policy advice, especially regarding export promotion

  • Policy reform for small and medium enterprise, including business registration, taxation, etc.

  • Value chain analysis

Foreign language skills, as appropriate

Required

Compensation
Commensurate with experience and salary history
