- Developing procedures and legislation to support economic development
In the process of privatizing Kosovo's 400+ socially-owned enterprises, IRIS has- Developed the privatization framework
- Created corporate and commercial documentation
- Implemeted the necessary implementing legislation
- Conducted negotiations to develop and finalize sale documents
